Capteurs LVDT

Les capteurs LVDT (transformateurs différentiels variables linéaires) ont un facteur de répétabilité extrêmement élevé (c'est-à-dire une hystérésis très faible). Les capteurs LVDT détectent même des changements de position extrêmement faibles et ont une résolution presque infinie. Par conséquent, les capteurs LVDT conviennent pour mesurer des cycles de mesure élevés. Les LVDT sont fiables et rentables.

Capteurs LVDT à courant alternatif (AC)

Les capteurs LVDT à courant alternatif ne contiennent pas d'électronique, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les applications où l'espace est limité ou pour les applications dans des environnements à haute température ou à forte humidité. Comme ces LVDT n'intègrent pas d'amplificateur de signal, des amplificateurs de signal LVDT dédiés ont été développés.

Capteurs LVDT à courant continu (DC)

Avec les capteurs LVDT à courant continu, l'électronique de conditionnement du signal est intégrée et ne nécessite donc pas d'étalonnage ou d'amplificateurs de signal spéciaux. Les unités peuvent être alimentées par des tensions continues unipolaires ou bipolaires et ont des sorties de tension, de courant ou numériques mises à l'échelle. Les sorties numériques des LVDT alimentés en courant continu sont compatibles avec la plupart des systèmes informatiques, par exemple RS-485 USB.
