Althen Mess- und Sensortechnik GmbH will be managed by Edwin Goezinne in future. He succeeds Dr Timo Hartmann, who managed Althen GmbH in Germany for six years.
Edwin Goezinne is Managing Director of the Dutch sister company Althen Sensors & Controls BV and Relli Technology, a specialised supplier of military and civilian components, which are also part of the Althen Group. He has now also been managing the German Althen GmbH since April.
Goezinne joined Althen in 2017, after almost 20 years in oil and gas filtration. He initially took over the management of Relli Technology, later also that of Althen BV and became CEO and Partner within the Althen Group at the beginning of 2024.
Goezinne says: "My move to the German management has no impact on the direction of our company. We have a strong management team and remain committed to the strategic direction we have chosen. We believe in empowering the right people and using our expertise to find intelligent solutions for our customers. Measurement technology will continue to play an increasing role in the future as the demand for reliable data from measurements continues to grow. "
Althen has stood for customised solutions in measurement technology and sensor technology since 1978. The product range includes standard and customised sensors as well as measuring systems and measuring devices.
