About the LMP Series Load Pin
These load measuring pins are designed for general use. They are simple and versatile type of load cells that are used in a large variety of applications, including harsh environments such as subsea, marine and offshore. They are easily installed into machines by replacing any existing load bearing pin with no modifications to the equipment required. They are very easy to install new or retrofitted and have a long design life to offer many years of rouble-free operation.
This type of load cells can be used in a large variety of applications such as cranes, winches, hoists, load shackles and bearing blocks. They are easily installed into machines by replacing any existing load bearing pin to provide accurate, real time monitoring of load forces.
Machined from high tensile stainless steel and are normally supplied complete with an anti-rotation plate, the load pins are built to exacting standards and are standard proof loaded to 150% of normal rated load. The LMP Series covers ratings from 100kgs, and can be provided to the specified dimensions or can be modified to meet a particular application requirement.
The LMP Series can be supplied on its own or combined with our extensive range of instrumentation to provide a complete load monitoring system.

Mini Load Pin
Mini load pins are the low range load pins designed for a load rating as low as 100 kg.
XL Load Pin
XL load pins are the heavy weight range load pins designed for a load rating of 1500 tonnes or even higher on request.
Custom Load Pin
Load pins can be custom designed to meet specific customer requirements. Machined from high tensile stainless steel, they are built to exacting standards and proof loaded to 150% of normal rated load.
Wireless Load Pin
Wireless load pins are wireless variants in addition to the standard cabled versions.
Submersible Load Pin
Submersible load pins are suited to meet offshore, subsea and marine specifications.
EX Load Pins
Ex load pins are intrinsically safe ATEX/IECEx approved load pins.
